1. Is the HAAN® Duo™ safe for use on all hard surfaces?
The HAAN® Duo™ uses an optimized natural emission of steam at a consistent 212° to ensure it is safe to us on most sealed hard surfaces. The patented super-absorbent, multilayer Ultra-Microfiber cleaning pads are designed to reduce friction and dry floors almost instantly, making the HAAN® Duo™ safe on even the most delicate flooring, such as sealed hardwood and laminate.

Because of the specially-designed Power-Lift™ Brush with gentle Ultra-Grip™ Bristles, the HAAN® Duo™ is the ideal way to clean, care for and groom area rugs and carpets. Rotating at an optimal speed, the Power-Lift™ Brush is powerful enough to sweep up nearly any mess, from large debris like pet food and cereal, to smaller things like crumbs and dirt. The HAAN® Duo™ uses a special, large-capacity Sweeper Collection Bin that holds more dry-mess debris than other sweepers, eliminating the need for disposable waste bags. And the HAAN® Duo™ comes with two machine-washable, reusable Ultra-Microfiber Pads specially designed to mop up wet messes. They can be used time and time again.
