HAAN CLEANS UP AT THE INTERNATIONAL HOUSEWARES SHOW IN CHICAGO

LANCASTER, PA - (March 30, 2009) - A sultry songstress, a wise-cracking maid and a dry-witted butler were among the cast of characters drawing visitors to HAAN® Corporation's booth at the International Housewares Show (IHA) in Chicago from Sunday, March 22nd through the 24th.

Featuring a "WHO HAANed it?" mystery game, HAAN®, the growing manufacturer of an expanding line of steam cleaning products for the home, stole the show with, not a booth, but a two-story "house." The "house" included a variety of room settings which enabled the HAAN® team to demonstrate their full line of products in their typical settings. Complete with running water, a fireplace, several different floor surfaces and even a brick patio, the HAAN's "house" attracted the attention of everyone passing by at the IHA.
HAAN® team members guided booth visitors from the patio, where they demonstrated HAAN's new HS-20 Deluxe Personal Sanitizing Steam Cleaner as a great way to clean grill racks, golf clubs and bicycle wheels... to the bathroom, where the same handheld product was demonstrated as an easy and effective way to clean shower stalls, tiles and toilets.

The bedroom featured a selection of HAAN's Garment Steamers designed to eliminate wrinkles and freshen fabrics while saving homeowners both time and money and eliminate dry cleaning bills. Receiving the most attention was HAAN's new STEAM STATION™ garment steamer designed for use as both a standing steamer and a portable steamer with an adjustable shoulder strap.

The "WHO HAANed it?" mystery game featured actors from the Chicago area. Visitors to the HAAN® booth were asked to collect clues to discover the identity of the "culprit" who planted dirt somewhere in the HAAN "house." Everyone who participated in the mystery game received a free HAAN® t-shirt and winners were drawn for prizes, including IPods and a 52" TV.
