We think that you'll love our products, however if you are unsatisfied with any purchase for any reason we would like to offer you with the chance to return your items.

HAAN offers a 30 day money back guarantee. This means that you have 30 days from your purchase date to contact us and arrange for a refund of the price of your purchase. This refund is less shipping and handling charges from your original bill.

Please understand that if accessories items like the HAAN Ultra-Microfiber pads are used, or their individual retail packaging is opened, we cannot accept these returned items and a refund will not be awarded.

We must receive the product back within 45 days from your original purchase date.

HAAN Return Instructions

It's easy to make a return with HAAN. Just call our customer care center at 1-877-422-6347 and they will get you started.

Once you have received an RMA # (return authorization) from a customer care associate, this number must be clearly and prominently displayed on the box that you are shipping the item back in. Take your return product to a local carrier's office, or arrange to have your package picked up at your home.
